WORST HOTEL STAY/ EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
The breakfast was awful. They intially advertised that they served happy hour with free appetizers each night but we were told once we got there that they just got bought out by a different company and that they no longer offer the hapoy hour/free appetizers. The main elevator in the hotel was broken and not useable our entire stay. They also informed us that they were out of any blankets or comforters for our beds so we just had to sleep with several sheets when it was 30 degrees outside. The pull out sofa sleeper mattress was flithy when we pulled it out to use it for my 15 year old to sleep on. It had dirty/used sheets on it and the dirty sheets were all wadded up and there were dirty used kleenex tissues on this mattress as well when we intially opened it up. The hair conditioner dispenser in the shower never worked even after trying to fix it ourselves several times. So we never got to use any hair conditioner our entire 3 night stay. The kleenex box in the wall in the bathroom had only one kleenex left in it when we first checked into our room. Also in the bathroom, the toliet paper roll we received on the toliet paper roll holder only had less than a 1/4 roll of toliet paper left on it. Again, the breakfast was the absolute worst breakfast we ever tried eating at a hotel before. We never went back for the breakfast after that. The phone number we tried calling for this hotel was also disconnected. For $123 per night, per room, this hotel was the worst hotel ever.

Was generally a very good place to stay, until my backpack 🎒 containing my MacBook Pro and several other valuables were stolen off of the hotel baggage trolley on the 4th floor and no one (literally) could relate with my pain! Feedback; No cameras on that floor and so there’s nothing we can do!!! (Case closed?)

Friendly staff. Towels and toilet were dirty upon arrival. Staff took care of it right after I mentioned it. I requested for the room to be cleaned the following days, however, no one came. Window seal in room was apparently broken and water got in from the rain the last night we were there. Faux leather headboards were very worn and peeled off onto us when ever we were in bed. Breakfast wasn’t bad, just wasn’t a wide variety and a bit dried out/overcooked. Same biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal everyday for the warm options. I wouldn’t mind staying again if it was just myself on a quick business trip. Not comfortable and convenient enough in my opinion for me to stay long term or bring my family back to.
