Pool was super dirty. We got a suite room and as soon as we opened the door a horrible stench came from the room. The room service lady had left no towels at all to shower. Parts of our bathroom were very rusty, looked old, and there were many parts of the room that didn’t look cleaned. When we checked it (11/23/24) for some reason one of the elevators took us out threw where the housekeeping people get off. We exited through a door that read “staff only”. This may seem like something that can be forgotten but honestly it gave is a bad impression of the hotel. Also only 3 or 4 elevators were working. Two of the three elevators look VERY VERY OLD. The other one was more “modern” had marble walls and floor. But there are some good things about the hotel; the lobby is very classic, very modern, the gym was small but very good for a quick workout. The breakfast was super good, lots of options to choose from. My favorite was the bacon, and French toast. Over all the hotel is a 6.5/10. Definitely more options to choose from. Would I come back? Maybe if all other hotels are booked or over priced. But for what we paid for our suite and what we experienced I think a 6.5/10 is a fair rating.

The location of this hotel is ideal for many activities in town . They've kept the hotel but the age definitely shows .we stayed in a king suite great space if you have a little one . There was a few cockroaches wich is expected witha kitchenette. The only down side was the elevator situation ,as they had 2 of the 4 elevators down and weekends are very busy at this location wich made for a 15-20 wait especially if you are on the top floors we were on the 20th. They also had maintenance on their water system wich we could not use the bathrooms wich is difficult if you have kids not very much communication from the front desk about this taking place, front desk was very dismissive and gave us a very weir explanation stating the state had water restriction usage lol, before admiting that it was maitnance . Overall not a bad hotel spacious but they definitely need help coaching theirs staff, they did compt a night of parking for the inconvenience,Also parking is 34ish dollars .

I’ve stayed at the double tree several times. This location had to be my least pleasant stay. There was only one elevator working and I was on the 19th floor. I had to wait for as long as 10 minutes or more for an elevator. Then it was several of us plied on. My was a conjoined wrong and the ppl next to me were loud and would randomly push on my door from their side of the room. I didn’t feel safe. The only positive was valet was super nice and all I had to do was call and request my car and it was waiting on me when I walked out.

Everything was pretty good except the check in process was slow (only had two people at the desk and a pretty good size amount of people already waiting) and there was only one elevator working out of the 4 when we arrived which caused long to wait times just to simply get into our room. They did end up getting 2 elevators working towards the end of the stay which was great though. Other then that a pretty good experience and stay
