Clean comfortable. Very busy for parking. Ordered room service and breakfast was subpar. That’s the only thing that needs to be worked on. Potatoes were cold toast tasted old and not hot.

Facility can be hard to access even for locals, but once you find the entrance to the hotel, the vast expanse of the Greenway Plaza is no longer such a problem. The Doubletree is clean, fresh and inviting, the staff (especially CeCe at the front desk!) extremely friendly and helpful, and the free oatmeal/raisin cookies are delicious.

No free parking anywhere nearby; paid for a queen bed and didn’t get that; misled to think room would be nicer than it was by the pictures while booking. Popcorn ceilings, A/C barely worked, looked like it was from the 1950s just with white sheets instead of brown. Felt extremely closed in because room was so small. Free cookie though!

Everything was very clean, nice pool, excellent service and very comfortable beds. Warning, if you drive a truck or SUV, anything over 6 foot tall you will have to use valet parking, which is an added expense. There is a Starbucks on site which was convenient. The bar area is very quiet and a nice place to grab a drink or a meal at the end of the day.

Did the job.

I needed a place to crash for a night and this was in a convenient location. Beware it will cost you $30 to park and there is no free breakfast. Parking garage is like a maze.
