They are lying about breakfast and parking lot. They charge money for that and even they have bad service for room.

Room was very musty and smelled like mold. Ac unit was very loud and sounded like it was on its last legs. Overall the place felt like it was a cheap landlord special remodel. Fixtures were very old and leaky. Place should definitely get new carpet. I don’t think it can be cleaned anymore. On the upside the desk did offer gated parking at night once the parking spots in front were all occupied.

Bad experience- maybe just bad luck?

When we arrived, we were informed the elevator was broken. They accommodated us on the 2nd floor. Thankfully, we were not traveling with anyone that could not climb the stairs, so this was not that big of a deal- it happens. The most dissatisfying portion was that when we got to the 2nd floor, it was noticeably warm in the hallways. This should have been a clue because it was almost as warm in our room. Despite trying to adjust the temperature, it never got below 78 degrees in our room. The AC was clearly not working, and the room was relying on the fan blowing only. Didn't sleep well because of how warm it was. Was just ready to leave in the morning. Thankfully, we had only planned for one night stay as could not have stayed a second night like that

Disappointed

We went to check in after making reservations more than a week prior and found they down graded the room to something smaller that would not fit out needs. At no time did they call or email beforehand to tell us. When asked about it, they said they didnt have my info on file. I find that curious because i had gotten two previous emails from them. We cancelled and went to a lesser Marriott. We are unfortunaty disaplpinted in the quality of what onve was an excellent, upper scale hotelbrand.

Everything was decent besides the fact the elevator doesn’t work and the only available room was 3rd floor… it flared up a back and leg issue that I have, now I’m back on meds smh … but nice hotel and love the lobby

Horrible stay

Where do I start. It starts with my credit card not being able to be charged so I had to use another credit card that has no mileage on it I called my bank and they say that there has been no charges against this card so the machine was not working stop next we're going to our room and the TV is not working they send up a guy that looks like he's homeless looks at the TV and says oh this is one of the old TVs we can't program this we need to send somebody to program it next they come in the following day and say no we can't do it so we need to change rooms so now we change rooms pack everything up change rooms like to go to the swimming pool but we were told the swimming pool is no longer open but we got the hotel with the swimming pool and finally are great vacation and I'm joking we were going to be charged for parking that we didn't even use because we were handicapped so I parked out in front I'm very disappointed and how everything was handled and probably will never ever stay at this hotel again but something should be done because it was not a very good stay

Nice spot

Location is ducked off being Kroger. But after finding, this hotel was a nice stay. It is located near several restaurants and places needed for my stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We like this hotel because it provides a gated parking lot and is within walking distance to a local Kroger. We don’t like this hotel because I found bugs hidden under the wasted towels in the bathroom. The room is not exactly very clean.
