The hotel room was clean but there was a stagnant smell in the air. The bathtub wouldn’t drain the water fast enough and after a minute there’s already water filling up the tub to your toes. Continental breakfast was unappetizing. If you want to stay here for close proximity to a game at NRG Arena, that’s fine- good enough for one overnight stay.

The electric outlet are loose, lamp bulbs are not working. I requested an upper level floor and they said they don't have it. The customer service refused to accommodate, I have to go back to the lobby and ask for a bulb. Very inconvenient.

The personnel here is outstanding. Very friendly, and helpful. Working with me with an early check in and a late checkout. Always willing to converse when I’m near the counter. Location is great near medical and stadium too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

staff was truly helpful. i checked in early and when i got to my room they hadn't finished cleaning so i was going to go find a place to eat. the front desk gentleman came running out to my car and apologized and changed my room to one that was ready. he also came up anf adjusted my tv ..it was quiet, clean and convenient.
