Roaches and bad customer service
ROACHES! They had roaches. Asked hotels.com to me find a different hotel… they were no help the guy didn’t even what to look other hotels for me. Asked Ricki at the front desk to help, he would not help and refused to check me out. said manager Jamie would be in at 10am and is the only person authorized. Left and went to a different hotel. Called next day Jesse answered and when I asked about checking out she hung up on me then claimed it was an accident, then she proceed to say the manager didn’t show up. I would have to wait for the manager. She refused to notify corporate or give corporate number. So in all I was out of 180 bucks. Plus the 250 I had to spend at another hotel. Even hotels.com could have called corporate and had them find me a different hotel. Just trifling!!!!!!!

Overall the property was okay if visiting for a night or maybe two but anything more than that can be an inconvenience. The property advertised there was breakfast onsite but almost for our entire stay (3 to 4 nights), the items for breakfast ran out and there was no replenishment done.

close proximity to IAH, however the facility is very much beat up, lack of services on site, poor breakfast selections - microwave and hot water not working. Airport shuttle only runs once an hour during service hours. I would not come back next time around!

For breakfast there was no MILK for cereal, no HOT WATER for tea, no JUICE in the juice machine no yogurt, no fruit and the list goes on. The gentleman that checked us in was amazing, so kind, so thoughtful and when I asked where the milk was etc I was informed that he had told his manager from Friday and she was on vacation so she was fully aware and clearly didn’t care that guests were missing all of these items. Again an exceptional young man was working and he is without fault. How do you put out cereal, and there’s no milk…how do you offer tea but the hot water dispenser is leaking and therefore can’t be used.

Our plane got in at 11:15 pm there was no shuttle service after 11 pm so we took a cab. In the morning we took shuttle back to airport as we were getting transportation to cruise terminal in Galveston. My daughter told the driver where we needed to go and were taken to the wrong terminal. By the time we figured that out we had missed our ride. Very frustrating when the driver does not tell you where he is dropping you off or what airline we needed.

We were not informed to the shuttle times for airport and missed the early shuttle. We had a late flight and had to acquire our own taxi because hotel taxi driver did not want to pick us up. The main lobby was playing loud rock n roll music at MIDNIGHT from a radio station that was not fully tuned in and it was cutting in an out and was horrible. The floors and elevator was nasty. The rooms were OK but still felt dirty. It was over all not a good stay.

Better than Expected
Overall pretty satisfied for the price. Suite was nice and roomy. TV was a little tricky getting hooked up. Breakfast was more than I expected. Would definitely stay here again.
