Only reason I booked here was for the airport shuttle. Landed, and found out they werent offering the shuttle. No partial refund. They dont answer the phone. No coffee at breakfast. Dirty, scuzzy hotel and rooms with broken windows and doors. There are much nicer airport hotels around for only a few more bucks, avoid this place.

First of all, there was no shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Had to get a taxi and pay for it and then breakfast was just awful. No coffee no orange juice basically nothing to eat and again no shuttle to take me to the airport had to get an Uber and pay that out of my pocket. I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn And Suites before this one should be shut down. Whoever the owner else is this Hotel in my opinion is a scumbag.

Rude unhelpful staff. They ask for a 75$ deposit at check-in and it takes up to 10 business days to redeposit it into your account. Rooms are very old and outdated. Breakfast was ridiculous . Horrible room temperature eggs and stale bacon. Juice machines have no juice. No healthy options.
