Room is unbelievably small. “King size” bed was two full beds put together with a large crack in between the two. No tv remote, asked for one and the one they gave me did not work, finally got a working remote only to find out the volume didn’t work.Towels smelled like them where washed in vegetation oil. I had hotel employees BARGE into my room TWICE. No knocking, no warning, just walked in. My lock on my door wouldn’t work so I had no way to stop the employees from opening my door. Absolutely worst hotel experience I ever had. Save your money and go some where else

Very friendly staff!! Helpful when checking in and answered all of my questions. Lots of places to eat around the area. Not too far from some really cool bars and clubs. I liked the restaurant downtowns in the lobby and the espresso bar and cold brew taps available in the lobby as well. Easy to navigate around to get ice and snacks. Good vending machine selections!! The only thing that I didn’t like was that the room didn’t get as cold as I would’ve liked no matter how much I turned the AC down. The room was still cold though. All around amazing experience and wonderful hotel for the price. Def recommend and will be coming back again soon!

The room was clean and comfortable. They definitely need to fix the A/C in our room and some other units I can imagine, the thermostat was all out of wack. Set it at 75 and it was still blowing out arctic winds. There definitely needs to be more coffee in the room and they should try to work something out to give breakfast at a discounted rate from the restaurant in the lobby. Good price, the location is great, walkable to Minute Maid and the convention center. Park across the street at the Star parking garage if you’re just staying one night. It was cheap for 17 hours compared to the other lots.

Comfortable stay. A/C worked well on a 102 degree day. My room was missing a remote for the tv, the replacement they brought didn’t really work. Luckily the tv did offer an option to use your phone.

It was unbelievable and I never thought it would happen to me. After i came hotel. I met only one stuff who ignored me. He just pointed finger at the check-in machine and didn't say anything. I was trying to do but i can’t do that. But as I turned around, I saw that he was serving another customer without letting them do it themselves like I did. I asked him “why you check in for them but for me you let me do by myself “ he is laughing in front of someone else. Why he trying to embarrass me? After he helped those people, he still insisted on not helping me and let me do it myself from the machine. After i finished check in. I asked his name but he didn’t tell me. He doesn’t have any name tag on his shirt. I asked for manager with him but he is laughing in front of me again. He told me. “No manager here and do you want stay here or not? “ I’m shocked. Why he say like that to me. After that i think i don’t need to take with him anymore. I walk to front of hotel to ask valet parking staff for ask for manager. He is following me like stocking me. I’m so scared. By the way every sentence he start or finish with “F” words. I don't know how hotel trained him. It is impossible for such a person to work in this hotel.

From the pictures the place looks exactly alike, very nice lobby, the rooms were very clean. The tv did not work in our first room which was a superior room with a queen bed and kitchenette. We called 2 times within an hour and they said they would send someone up. We left hoping someone would stop by while we were gone to look at it. We came back at least 6 hours later to a tv still not working, and no communication from the service desk. When i went down to the front counter to talk to the lady she didn’t even offer a resolution I had to ask to be switched to a room with a working TV. When we checked out, I asked about a reimbursement since there was a significant price difference between the rooms, and all i got was “I’ll ask and we can email you”. Very bad customer service.
