Great location and stellar price. 3 meh factors Shower curtain cut too high so ALL water bounced out onto floor and there was no fan for bathroom. And 1 elevator was broken so the waiting was not great at all.

The room was unusually small, the "king" bed was two smaller beds pushed together so there was a large crack in the middle. In the middle of the night, I noticed a hard object under the sheets that I expected to be a spring form the mattress, but it was actually someone's belt buckle left behind. The walls had what looked to be blood or bodily fluids. I would have rather slept in the lobby.

The hotel and room was very nice and clean, the front desk staff from checkin to checkout were pleasant and informative. Even the valet service was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed!

I choose this hotel thinking it'll be a cute boutique hotel and have more style and character than large commercial hotel. I was wrong! This hotel was barely above average. My room wasn't the cleanest and I had difficulty sleeping because I was hoping there weren't bed bugs. Some of the towels I received also had stains on them, so I had to ask for new towels. The furniture in the room was extremely run down and it doesn't seem this company invest in the upkeep with their property. I will not be staying at this hotel again in any city I travel to moving forward. The advertisement does not match the reality of their rooms/property.

Just terrible.
Walking in to our room..it smelled. A moldy, mildew smell. The halls also smelled. The shampoo, conditioner and soap is all shared bottles.. bring your own! There was food left in the microwave from previous stay. Valet was quick, coffee was good. Would not stay here again.

The Club Quarters Houston is a nice older building that is very well kept. It's easy to walk to the convention center from the hotel. The staff is very nice and professional. A great place to stay in downtown Houston

Staff was unpleasant aside from the door guys. Elevator took 5+ minutes and had to use the stairs. Upgraded to a suite and it was filthy. Stained floors, marks on the door, carpeting was peeling, and there were bunches of hair/dirt on the floors. Room service for food went straight to voicemail after one ring every time.
