This is a well used hotel. Our bathroom toilet had a leak…plumber came to fix but didn’t clean up after the leak. Door to bathroom didn’t open all the way so sink was hard to access. Bed and temperatures were comfortable.

Meh

Room phone didn't work, weird smell, toilet wouldn't flush properly, elevator had an uneven floor, poor soundproofing, exposed business center made legally sensitive printing impossible. Did sleep well, though, and nobody was rude.

The room was small not much room. It had a horrible old smell. We were not aware that y'all allow pets to stay at the hotel. The hallway was hot and the elevator made a loud noise.

Convenient location . Room was not very clean, smelled of a strong deodorizer to try to cover up an issue… Oder was so strong that I couldn’t sleep well. Sheets had staines on them. The grass was tall and unkept.
