Pretty hotel that lacks a lot.
Hotel was full as Texans game in town. Bar & restaurant closed at 10 p.m. Hotel missed a golden opportunity with so many hungry guests after a game. Shower water was luke warm at best. The best staff was the valet. Do not recommend.

I recently stayed at the Blossom Hotel Houston during a leisure trip, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, the check-in process was disappointing. Despite having booked a specific room type through a third-party site, we were given a different room due to apparent discrepancies in their booking system. The staff informed us that they did not have correct numbers and provided us with what was available. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. We found dirty socks left behind, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, our room, which had two queen beds, was only stocked with one set of towels. When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the room phone was broken. After informing the front desk, their response was simply "okay" without offering any solution. As if that wasn't enough, the Nespresso coffee machine in the room did not work either, which was quite frustrating. The check-out process was more acceptable, but it hardly made up for the issues we encountered. We were given a $23 meal credit as compensation for the mishaps, which did little to alleviate our dissatisfaction. All in all, I do not recommend the Blossom Hotel Houston and will not be returning.

The property itself was outstanding, but with only one option for breakfast and one for dinner, we'd hoped to find more dining and cocktail or sports bar options in close proximity. The staff were extremely courteous and professional. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Location was great. Close to medical center. Bed /bedding was very comfortable. My only (small) pet peeve was that there was only one bottle of water in the room. But then again there was water and coffee in the lobby and I was happy about that :) Would definitely recommend the Blossom Hotel.

Beautiful hotel, inside & out. Easily walkable to NRG Stadium with transportation services to the field included with our stay. If I come back to Houston again, I will definitely stay here again. Go Lions!!!
