We have stayed at this hotel every year. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The one negative this time was the gym area was not clean. There were used paper cups on the floor, it was dusty and there weren’t any towels available.

The location was great and easy to get to. The only issue was a broken toilet seat. It was uncomfortable but everything else was fine the beds were comfortable. The pillows were lumpy but ok. We slept well. Also the curtains could not be closed.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Our room was spacious and clean. Only problem in the room was the freezer in the small fridge was iced over and the door couldnt open. My only complaint was the patio area was filthy. In my 4 days staying at the hotel it was never cleaned. The table was dirty with dried food and crumbs, the floor had spilled food, empty cups, used food containers, beer bottle caps, and a ton of cigarette butts along with unsmoked cigarettes. The pool area was very nice and clean with plenty of chairs and loungers.

Property was just ok, smelled stale upon entering and rooms were not aired out and smelled stale like old wet towels. Coffee makers were not clean and have dirty scale and a bug (disgusting) the place was quiet and beds were soft. The breakfast area was clean and food was ok, the attendant was a bit annoying,BUT! Will we stay again? I would say not!

Nice place to stay

Room was nice, bed comfortable. It was cool and the heater in the room didn't work. The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was ok. The outside parking lot needed some power washing, it was getting stained/molder from the building run-off.

Let me start off by saying maybe all of the rooms aren’t this bad but I don’t think I have ever experienced a room as filthy as this one. Upon entering the non-smoking room it reeked strongly of marijuana, had dirty fingerprints all over the walls, especially the bathroom door and light switches. Hair on the bathroom floor and bed. And lastly, toothpaste on the outside of the bathroom door. All of these things were blatant and I cannot imagine why housekeeping would leave it this way. I would like to share pictures but unfortunately it doesn’t give me that option. I am one to overlook small things and never leave poor reviews but this is not one of those times that I can justify not saying something.
