We came from a cruise and could not get a flight out on that day. I searched for hotels that could get us to the airport very early in morning and this place could. We arrived before noon on a Sunday and the staff was excellent to let several of us folks from the cruise sit in the lobby and offered coffee, until our rooms where ready for us as early check in. We scheduled a ride for early (4am) to airport. Also the rooms were so clean and bed comfy. But I was really impressed and thankful at the staff for getting us a room, so quickly and earlier than normal. - Thank you Best Western Houston

The place ranked of the excessive use of air freshener. I don't have allergies but my nose burned and became immediately stuffed up. The pillows had been washed and were completely full of lumps and they woke me up at midnight to tell me I would have to take a different shuttle as it was full even though I had booked it 3 hours earlier. Overall I was disappointed but staff were very friendly.

Review of our stay at: Best Western Houston Bush

The most import observation is about the very poor breakfast. There is no you hurt, for example, fruits, machines for hot cofffe, chocolate or even water to make a tea. Another observation: 3 people in the room imagine the situation with just on toilet papar. Essencialy lacks GENEROSITY. Compare with Holliday Inn hotels!

I wish that breakfast would go later than 9, but overall great experience. The room set up was good, the shuttle was very easy and helpful, and the staff was very nice. Perfect for the price.
