A retro motel with lots of nice updates. The staff upgraded our original room booking from a queen bed to a king bed. The room also had a jetted tub and great shower. We were so grateful and appreciative to sleep comfortably and have a decent bathroom.

The staff was very nice. Would have been nice to have a breakfast option as dining is limited in this tiny town. The mountain view room has a limited view. They initially didn’t give us the correct room but they made up for it. Bathroom was decent and clean. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

It's just a regular motel that you can use for overnight stay. There isn't much in the town except hot springs that we did not go. Close to park's grand lake entrance so that helped. Good to have car parking next to the room so loan and unload was easy.

For good sleep stay here
Small, very clean, dated (old TV), but comfortable. Small bathroom but had shower, sink, toilet. Owners have maintained a dated motel into a nice, quiet place to sleep. No breakfast

They gave us homemade cookies to start out with, so that was nice. They only complaint was the lack of A/C, but you'll have that with motels like this. Very nice.

I try to stay in low cost motels that are not disgusting. I also expect running water, working A/C and or heater, working fridge and tv. This one was clean with a working tv and fridge. My beef is that (applies only the room I stayed in - I did not see any other rooms) it is a very small room by cheep motel standards with no A/C and the price was quite a bit more than my prior rooms cost me during my 2 weeks in Colorado. I did not consider the possibility of no A/C when I booked it. In fairness A/C is not listed under amenities if you look closely b4 you book it. Nor as far as I see is the room size. (Less than 150 sf - my rough estimate)
