Excellent Hotel Choice

When driving to the hotel I wasn't so sure but once I got to the hotel I was warmly greeted by staff. It was kinda noisy outside but after settling in I didn't hear any noise outside. That told me the hotel we well built. I felt safe and secure. Room was clean, bed very comfy. No complaints on this one and the price was just right. Free Breakfast wasn't bad eighter. Book this one, you won't regret it.

Decent

Beds were clean, but floor and shower were dirty. Looks like they forgot to sweep it and the random mirror and trash next to the bed left. Hair and a little mold in the shower. The building itself was nice. Loved the restaurant. Will end up staying again in a few months.

The bathroom doors are horrible with no privacy and there were a couple of roaches crawling on the sink late one night. Noisiest place on earth can hear people talking in rooms and it sounded like they were in ours.

My 3 night stay here was great. Staff were helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The hotel is attached to the convention center, which was excellent since there was heavy rain during my stay. Hot Springs National Park and bathhouse row are just a couple blocks away and easily walkable.

Check in was smooth, room was clean, only downside was breakfast - same over seasoned eggs everyday, so much black pepper and in the gravy too. Otherwise nice place, but I personally didn’t enjoy the breakfast and had to eat elsewhere.

Convenient and comfortable

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for our trip. The staff was super friendly. The bar was nice with a variety of cocktails. Breakfast was nice with a fairly large variety for a complimentary breakfast. The one negative was we were given only 2 bath towels for our family of 3. Definitely not a deal breaker though, and will stay again in the future.
