The staff were very friendly and the bellhop assisted with taking our belongings to our room. The room was clean, except the hard floors were sticky. Overall, this hotel is a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

I like the layout of the rooms but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. There were dust balls under the beds and the ledges and hair in the shower. Very stingy on towels and wash cloths. Beds were very comfortable.

Although we had to move rooms due to killing 2 roaches in the bathroom the next morning the staff was very accommodating. Everything was clean and staff was amazing. Easy to walk the area and very safe. Shuttle service provided to race track and casino. Will stay there again!

The parking garage is too far away for the elderly or anyone with physical limitations. The heater in our room made a lot of loud noise keeping us awake.
