Not worth what we paid.
Our stay was not worth the money we spent on the room. The room was somewhat outdated, half the outlets did not work, the shower water pressure was horrible, and the floors were so thin that the we heard every step the people up stair took because the floor creaked so bad. The front door did not seal well we could see through the door and the door jam and sounded like it was fully open due to the noise coming through the door. Also there was little to no WiFi signal in the room. Having to take out our very little trash when we paid over $150 for the night plus everything else we found not satisfactory in the room made it so we will not stay here again.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We stayed here for a few days last weekend. The room was amazing and we loved being on the lake. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Beautiful location
It’s a beautiful place with everything one might need . View of the lake is magnificent Thing to note that it’s is not a hotel . It’s more like a condo. There is no office or front desk or room service . We rented a suit version and it had a kitchen and dining table .Everything was super clean . Beds were wonderful .

Nice rooms on the shore of Lake Hamilton. Well appointed. However, if I had it to do again I would insist on an upstairs room. The people who where in the room above ours where quite noisy! We could hear them talking, the kids hooping and hollering and stomping across the floor. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Decent place to stay, room was updated, had a small lake view, everything was good. Really only complaint I have was the bed in the room #1 is junk. It would pop and squeak with every room you or your spouse made, so we didn’t get much sleep. Other than the bed everything was ok.

This was a wonderful room with a balcony & a lovely view of the Ouachita River. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes for 4, pots & pans, coffee, paper towels, and utensils. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of towels & toiletries. It was quiet & serene. It is located about 5 miles from downtown Hot Springs. I would definitely return & would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a really nice place to stay. The view was awesome. The kitchen area was great for making your coffee (a regular size coffee pot) and they had little snacks for you too. The previous guest forgot to empty their kitchen trash so that was a bummer but my husband saw a housekeeper the next day and she gladly came and emptied the trash. We will definitely stay here again.

I like staying here, been here a few times. This time was a little different. We got a “courtesy” knock on the door letting us know check out was at 11….. at 9:30? Okay what ever. Next day, we get another courtesy knock. Me and my girlfriend were sleeping in, and we wake up to someone opening our door. Had to yell at them that there were still people. Again, at 9:30 am on a Saturday. My car was parked DIRECTLY in front of the door too. I get their trying to get the place clean before the next person, but damn you have to put in a system rather than knocking on peoples doors early, and almost 2 hours before check out. Felt like a total violation of our privacy.

Amazing view, has everything!
The locale was amazing! Waking up to see a lake and mountain every morning brought so much joy to me! It is far away from the busy streets of the National Park but still close enough to everything. I really enjoyed my stay here that I am going to come gere every year for a family vacation. It is now a family tradition! BOOK IT!

Had reserved a 1 bed room but ended up with 2 queen beds not a deal breaker but would be nice to have been notified my original request was not available As for as cleaning there were some stains on the outer comforter and a few strands of hair in the bathtub Great view however right on the lake easy access to state parks and restaurants
