Friendly, professional staff greeted us and things got better from there. The room was as pictured, clean and well set up. The place was easy to get to, reasonably priced and parking was free. The stay also includes a free breakfast which was very good. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a nice place to stay. I can't say enough good things about this place!

A fairly new property with nice facilities. Bed was very comfortable, room is well designed, has with a desk/work area. Breakfast is a full breakfast - eggs, sausage, crispy potatoes, and many other items. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very fresh looking. Has been open for four years. Looked very new. We went down for late breakfast. Floor in breakfast area was showing wear. They also provide a shuttle service to different locations which was very nice. Will definitely be back.

Prior to arriving, I completed the online checkin and provided all required information. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff had to enter my information again as it did not stay in their system. Found the room to be nice and clean. Later that night, we went to sleep. At 11:30pm we heard a loud crash outside our room. Found the tenants in the next room slammed their door a couple of times. I ignored and went back to sleep, about half an hour later. During the night, heard kids hollering and carrying on next door. 5:00 am came around. Heard the shower in the adjoining room going, lots of banging going on and kids very loud. I went to the front desk at 7:00am to complain since we were not getting any rest. Front desk said oh they have it notated in the computer for the manager. Later that afternoon, I went to the front desk again and asked if the tenants had checked out or not and if they were still there I needed another room. Here comes night again. This time it was 1:30am in the morning and it all started AGAIN! All night. Got up super early and just prepared to checkout. What a miserable stay. Also Higdon Road is extremely busy and it sounded like we were next to a racetrack. Awful. Front desk and management obviously lied about the tenants leaving. As I was getting in my truck, parked right in front of the rooms, I literally saw the kids standing in the window seal jumping onto the beds. I am done with this hotel. Spent couple of hundred dollars for no sleep!

Very nice property, enjoyable stay
Very nice, clean place. Bed was comfortable. This property is on a fairly busy street so if you're a light sleeper, I'd request a room on the back of the property. Otherwise, very pleased with the room, staff, and property. Ironically, the only detraction from the experience is the excessive amount of emails from Hotels.com, at every event of the trip regarding the room.

The staff was very nice from the time we walked in. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked amazing. We stay here every time we are in town and that’s quite often.
