Staff is very friendly. The room is basic. Nothing fancy but has everything you need. There is a slight maintenance issue. Luggage stand was broken and water was pooling under the air condition. Don't put your luggage on the floor near the air conditioner. I asked the front desk about it. They said they have to go around and empty a water tray from them and its hard to keep up with when its really hot.

The facility is very modern looking and still looks very new. The breakfast area was wide open and had the standard hot food items. The only knock was I wanted to buy soda and snacks from their market but the desk clerk was outside sitting in her personal vehicle.

Every single person at this hotel is so very friendly! The entire place is spotless! The beds are comfortable. The free breakfast was hot and very good. And all at a reasonable price. I will stay here every time I visit Hot Springs and recommend it to my friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
