Older than it looks in the photos. Stained carpets, smells bad, poor finishes, ice machine broken, room was stuffy and furniture was in bad shape. Pay more and go to a nicer place.

Not terrible, not great.

It’s an older property that still needs more work. Bathroom door delaminating, thin, scratchy towels, bathroom ceiling peeling, tub drains very slowly..nothing like finishing a shower in ankle deep water. The staff was courteous. I woke up too late to catch the breakfast.

The pool water was really cold. A big part of why we chose this hotel was that it had an indoor pool. The pool area seemed very run down and in need of maintenance. I will say the beds were fine and the air did work. When we were checking out there was a smell of natural gas in the hallways/our room and when we reported it, the hotel worker went to check on the situation right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was good.

Great location, mostly quiet hotel. Pool on main floor. Housekeeping did not clean our room for 3 days, had to request. Some could not speak English. Decent breakfast every morning. Clerks were very nice. Free close parking. Room temp was hard to stabilize, either too warm and humid or too cool. Reasonably priced.

We have stayed here several years and always enjoyed it. This year there were loud trucks in the parking lot and the beds were terrible. They used to be soft but they were so worn out they were hard and had indentions. The rooms seemed to be updated with no carpeting which was nice but the bed really ruined it for me.

** A Disappointing Stay** My recent stay was unfortunately far from enjoyable. While I had hoped for a relaxing experience, several issues detracted from the overall quality. Firstly, the bed in my room was excessively hard and made loud popping noises with every movement, making for a very restless night. To make matters worse, I encountered several cockroaches in the room, a serious concern for hygiene. Several advertised amenities were also non-functional. Both the ice machine and vending machines were out of order, and the television offered reception only half the time. Breakfast was equally disappointing, lacking any protein options. Additionally, despite running the air conditioning in the winter, my room remained uncomfortably warm. The hot water in the shower was also lukewarm at best. Overall, my stay fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
