The property is perfect if you are going to Oaklawn, you can just walk across the street. It was clean, cool, coffee maker, plenty of cups and coffee and creamer and fridge in room. The only down side was the dog next door that barked A LOT.

I must begin by saying that the employees at this facility are absolutely fantastic. I had inadvertently left my iPad in the room at checkout and we were notified by phone and text before I ever noticed it was missing. Since we had already left the state, they happily agreed to ship it back to me. I commend the cleaning staff and management for their honesty and promptness in this matter. Now about the hotel- This was hotel number eleven in an eleven night trip. Although it is not new, the facilities were updated and the rooms clean. Although we did not use the pool, it appeared clean and was well maintained. The breakfast was one of the best we encountered during our trip with several choices served by staff, cafeteria style. All in all a pleasant stay at a hotel with caring and honest people.
