This is the first motel I stayed at in decades where the doors to the rooms were outside. STOP!! This was one fabulous place! Start with the staff. Absolutely fabulous! Situated two miles from the historic district of Hot Springs, it is situated on a very busy avenue with loud traffic. In our room? We heard NOTHING! The room was extra large, nice pillow-top mattress, great bathroom, convenient parking. Breakfast was excellent, numerous tables, well lit, and the TV down low. Cafeteria style, the hostess dished out the food with a smile. We will be back!

Do no book a room if you need a handicap room. It doubles as their smoking room totally nasty smell musty. Also the bed was too high for a handicap person to get into or out of. The location was perfect, just across the street from Oaklawn Park and casino. The breakfast bar was really good in the morning. Ladies running it were top notch.
