For the price, you will not be disappointed

We love this hotel! So chill and right on the lake. Wonderful hot breakfast ran by Brandi who is AWESOME! Excellent customer service allover. The shower/bath felt great, super hot water and very comfy beds and pillows!

Smoke detector started beeping for a low battery at 3am not much they can do there except regular changing of batteries like every hotel. The shower faucet dripped noisily the whole time . This was all a first floor room mind you. I told them in the morning about my experience and they just said “sorry”. No offer to return again at a discount rate or a complimentary anything. The key to running a hotel is hospitality. Not just superior facilities. I have stayed at so many places less nicer that were extremely great because of their hospitality.

The rooms were ok but we had booked 2 rooms about 3 weeks in advance and when we got there they said all they had was one room on the first floor and one room on the forth floor which was a big inconvenience. My wife said she will not be staying at that hotel again. Our tv didn’t work the first night but was fixed the next morning while we were out. If I book more than one room I don’t care if they not side by side but I expect them to be on the same floor especially when they only have one elevator and it takes forever. Twice we got tired of waiting for it so we took the stairs down from the fourth floor to the lobby.

I didn't like the fact there was no cable until I checked out. The heater wasn't working properly and warming the room. The pancake machine wasn't working. The employee tried fixing it but couldn't get it to work. I like the staff. They were very friendly!

Beautiful Baymont

Arpita makes sure that guests are well taken care of! The location if very nice! I had a beautiful Lake View and a lovely Balcony. It is close to everything that Hot springs has to offer! Good Breakfast too!
