The parking lot was well lit ,the beds clean and comfortable. The curtains were smaller than the window and let all the bright light from the parking lot in very hard to sleep . The fan that comes on in the bathroom was screaming so loud we could not shower. The carpet was pieced together and sharp nails and staples were poking through and ripped my socks and cut my feet . White chalky dust on everything including the toilet seat . The work out room was closed and the pool was awful with cloudy water and bad smell so we walked in the rain. It would have been nice to know the workout room was closed for renovation and the pool was funky before I checked in . someone could be seriously hurt with those nails poking out of the carpet . Didn’t find those until I got up in the morning . I have stayed there before but not sure about doing it again. Dust not a surprise with renovation . Staff was friendly but several people reported waiting a long time at the desk despite calling .

Just a normal room. It was convenient for going to wind cave and custer. Plus it was cheap. They have no place to eat after 9 though other than the subway at the gas station but its 24 hrs.

The carpet stinks. Badly. The lobby etc is hot and humid and smells like hot trash. The sink and shower and toilet were not clean. Pillows suck. Worst breakfast on the planet. The air conditioner in the room worked well though...

Approaching from the outside, zero grounds maintenance was observed, appeared unkempt. The desk clerk was disinterested. The bed was fine, the room was minimally clean. Lifting the sofa cushions was a mistake.

The worst place weve stayed at in a long time . Stained sheets with blood and whatever yellow tinged crap . No elevator available . Pool was covered in black slimy mold. Dont do it , keep driving .

Convenient location to downtown Hot Springs. Staff was friendly. I am surprised this was part of Wyndham still. Dirty, rugs stained, wrappers on the floor, walls dirty, pool area with mold on walls and sides of pools need to be scrubbed. Outside there was materials covered with blue tarp which would indicate maybe they are remodeling however there was grass growing around it. It was a bed for $100 but would not stay more than 12 hours.

I had an unfortunate stay. I was on a tight schedule to get ready for an event. After checking in I realized that there weren't any towels in the room. And, there wasn't any hot water after letting the water run for at least 5 minutes. The staff provided towels, said it sometimes take 10 minutes for hot water to arrive, it finally did. After all of this, no apology. The hallways needed vacuuming. The hotel is under renovation. Hope they can get it together. I will never stay here again.

The staff was courteous. The carpet on the lobby stairs and in the hallway was filthy and disgusting! The frame on one bed was lopsided (lower on one side) and the sheets had stains. There were a couple of spiders crawling on the walls. There was one tiny tube of shampoo for four of us to share for 2 nights. The hot tub was out of order and there were no towels where the pool was. During the continental breakfast, there was no regular coffee one morning. Very disappointed!

The room was smelly, mold in the pool room with no working hot tub, and the washer was out of order. Looks like they are trying to upgrade but need it immediately in my opinion.
