Very unique hotel. We enjoyed it a lot. Our room smelt and had a leaky ceiling but they changed us to a different room and it was perfect. Mineral water in room was great. Kids loved the pool and it was beautiful hotel. Would love to return.

The Bathhouse was wonderful and is the only reason that I would revisit the hotel. I totally disliked that the entire porch permitted smoking!!! I wanted to enjoy the porch just as the smokers!!! Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa, fix this please! Designate one side for non-smoking and the other side for smoking.

The front of the hotel is pretty. The room wasn’t very clean. The vending machine area had roaches crawling on the wall and floors. It is also not handicap accessible.

Nice lobby, guest rooms need refurbishing

Great history, beautiful lobby. The rooms are in a sad state of wear & tear. Dirty carpet, peeling paint, shabby bathrooms. The bath house royally messed up our appointments & overcharged us for the mistake. Great place to have a drink & see live music but not a good hotel stay, unfortunately.

Historic old original hotel, that is located in the middle of Hot Springs National Park. You can leave the pool on a NP trail, walk down bath house row, and the Grand Promenade. Highly recommended!

The first room floor was filthy (room 537) the second room (568) was mushy and damp smelling. The employees was helpful and friendly except for the person that checked us in. The bath and massage I had and the facial and bath my wife had were outstanding

It wasn't clean by any means. Great location, but needs some TLC. And a lot could be garnered by just dialing in your cleaners, have a deep cleaning crew and general crews. Lot's of stains in carpet and aesthetically good detail crew could do light restoration of the grout, etc. But, it was the cheapest room I could get downtown.

We love the Arlington. Just go to relax and enjoy the beauty of hot springs. It was great and the band this weekend was really good.
