Hornbækhus er som at befinde sig midt i et nordisk eventyr - fantastisk beliggenhed, smukt, autentisk og pivhyggeligt inde som ude, med fine opdaterede bekvemmeligheder og dejlig morgenmad i selskab med levende lys, te serveret i potte og et nærmest uendeligt antal rosa pelargonier 🌸 Eneste lille aberdabei var udtjekning allerede kl 10, og en sær prioritering af støvsugning og rengøring af gangtoiletter lige udenfor værelse nr 12 - hold fast - kl 07:00 på en søndag 😅 Den sved lidt i regnskabet på en ellers vidunderlig oplevelse 😉

Centralt hotell med opraktisk mysfaktor
Familjevänligt hotell med mycket bra läge och ”hemkänsla”, dvs alla rum var olika inredda, restaurangen/matsalen använde uddaporslin etc. Jag fick mest känslan av ett jättestort lantställe. Dessvärre låg betoningen på retrokänsla, med fokus på form före funktion - manuella blandare (skållningsrisk, inga vattensparare direkt), pyttesmå tvättställ och dörrar som behövde låsas upp och låsas med gammaldags nyckel från båda hållen. Detta medförde ett konstant oväsen i korridoren varje gång folk kom och gick till sina rum (kombinerat med höga röster). För den ljuskänslige så är gardinerna också i retrostil utan någon större mörkläggningseffekt. Sängen var dock relativt bekväm, frukosten genuin och serverad vid bordet. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.
