Pool was advertised online. Pictures wete gorgeous. POOL WAS NOT OPEN. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! It was one of the biggest reasons we stsyed there. Tub had mold falling into my bath water. Elavator smelt like someone had been smoking dope in it. Made my wife sick. After getting off elevator, she threwvup all the way down hall till she got to room and was able to use toilet. We were unable to stay in hotel. Literally was there less than 4 hours. Checked out within 12 hours. But was not refunded any of the cost of a 4 night stay. Even though we never stayed a single night there. The excuse, you booked through expedia, get your refund from them. When i filed for refund with EXPEDIA, they have to get it ok'd by hotel. The hotel refused to allow a refund.. so i lost over $400. I will be persuing other avenues to try and get my refund. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY OTHER LA QUINTA HOTELS. They dont do the right thing for custumers.

They were in the middle of a renovation. We picked this place because it said it had a pool. Which we were not informed about it not in use. Pool was closed, ice maker didn’t work, a/c in hallway was unplugged, landscaping was partly done, and when we arrived ya staff member was annoyed that we interrupted him and he had to count his draw again.

My biggest problem was with hotels.com. The booking said it slept 5, but when we arrived, there were only 2 beds. Hotels.com wouldn't get us another room or a refund so we could go to a hotel that sleeps 5. My husband had to sleep on the floor. Our room had carpet missing that was covered with black electrical tape. The pool wasnt working, only 1 ice maker working and trim missing down halls. Inside hotel halls was very hot. Very noisy. 0/10 eill not stay again nor book with hotels.com VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Good for sleep. No much food in the area. My room had previous tenants clothes in the drawers. Pool was out of order. I wish i would drove straight to my destination then stop here for rest.

They had a sprinkler flood in the attic the day before we got there. Some of our rooms had a musty smell that wasn't overpowering, but you could tell there was something in the air. It also looked like some of the first floor was under construction. The beds were very comfortable.

The website did not mention anything about the swimming pool being out of order. Very disappointing. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet was not clean. The front desk staff were wonderful.

The front desk refused to help me find an alternative way to pay the 50$ front desk fee. I paid for the room on hotel.com didn’t know about the 50$fee fine print. I had no card for it so they would not refund my money also fine print. So I’m putting this out there. Have all the money you need when you get there. The kids at the desk will not help you in any way. No customer service skills.
