Nice place to stay
Clean hotel near the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff was helpful when I asked for information about the area providing a map and highlighting the hotel and where we wanted to go. They were able to get us into the room early so we could rest after our cruise in Hawaii.

This was an excellent stay for the price. Shopping is very convenient as well as the convention center being nearby. The only problem was the air conditioner can be quite loud So if you are a light sleeper, you may want to have some earplugs available. The highlight of our trip was the Jurassic Park tour, very fun and beautiful area of the island.

The parking lot was being resurfaced...so ... no one advised us in advance of arrival. When we did arrive, the staff seemed surprised that it was being resurfaced...and had very little guidance for where we were to park. While the cost was less to park than advertized, we were just surprised that the staff did not seem concerned or aware of the impact on people staying there.

Location was good. Stayed for 1 night. Didn't notice the the tub until I went to shower the next morning for an early flight. Pulled back the shower curtain and it looked like drain water had back flowed into the tub and drained again. Hair, black chunks etc. Had well over 8 hours of travel ahead of me and had to clean up in the sink. I let the front desk know when i left. He said he would let the cleaning staff know. Will not go back. Do not recommend.
