My fiancée and I spent an unforgettable week at Prince Waikīkī and genuinely could not get enough. Absolutely incredible stay—we’re already planning to return, maybe even before November! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, and housekeeping kept our room immaculate with daily linen, towel, and pillowcase changes—chef’s kiss! The room had a slightly old-school feel, but it was spotless and absolutely five-star quality, with a spacious layout, separate toilet area, shower, and bath. The valet team deserves a special mention. They were fast, friendly, and professional every single time—always greeting us with a warm smile and making sure our car was ready without delay. They made coming and going completely stress-free. Always gave amazing recommendations and without their help we wouldn’t have tried the food they love to have themselves. The infinity pool was open, and our cabana rental was private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also loved the views of Waikīkī and the island, especially from the elevators—breathtaking. We had read great reviews before booking, and now we can confidently say they were all spot on. Prince Waikīkī made our engagement trip truly special. We can’t wait to return soon! 🌺✨ R&M

Very unpleasant experience with the female staff when I checked out on 22nd May around 5:20 am. There was only one female staff there as it was early in the mornng and when I tried to check out, she was very unfriendly and the final invoice was wrong. I was charged 1 extra day for parking and I asked to review if the amount is correct but she looked she got bothered due to my request and didn't even say apology for the wrong charge of parking. Anyway she fixed the invoice but very unfriendly. She needs to get trained more with warm smile when facing hotel guests. It is not cheap hotel.

Staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The engineer, Robert, came prepared to help adjust the fridge temperature, connect the tv cable, and show us how to use the automatic blinds. They were also very fast in following through with anything we needed. Would even go to say that this is the best hotel on Oahu! The ocean view was amazing and the bathrooms was really nice and very clean.

Absolutely exquisite. Off the main drag but close to everything. Love love love the huge windows that open onto the ocean air. Huge room with spacious bathroom. Love the separate shower and tub and private toilet/bidet. Lobby is a little nuts but has everything I needed. Pool food is outstanding.
