Excellent hotel, staff was friendly, area felt safe, room was exquisite and luxurious. My only gripe was no microwave in the room but all of the positive severely outweigh the 1 negative and still deserves a 5 star rating. Highly recommend and will be booking again!

Hawaii Family Trip

You definitely feel like you are in a luxurious hotel while staying here. All of the staff were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. The view from our room was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view was amazing. I should have picked a hotel with direct access to the beach. The staff in the morning were fantastic, especially Jorge! But the evening staff left much to be desired. We also asked for late checkout which was promptly denied.

The views from our suite were amazing. To Have floor to ceiling windows in every room was a true luxury! The whole suite was roomy and comfortable. This location is just a short walk to Ala Moana Mall and the Liliha Bakery! Would definitely recommend! 👍

Top quality for the room ,friendly staff and the cheerful vacation spirit is in the air. The only regret I had personally was the pool was over crowded and took away the joy for me to dip into the water.

Has a bidet! Good size room for the price. Great view ocean side. Close to Waikiki. Has great restaurants inside. Great staff. Pool/hot tub open late. Only complaint is the market store and pool could still be open later. Also the pool had wood roaches due to the wooden deck surrounding it.
