The property was beautiful. The service was excellent. It’s in the heart of Waikiki and it was an easy walk to plenty of dining and shopping. I would for sure stay here again.

I emailed the hotel ahead of time to inform them late arrival as my flight landed at 9pm. The staff mid-read the time as 9am. They didn’t offer any room upgrade or offer to help with luggages. I asked for late check out ahead of time. The staff told me to just inform them again the night before check out and it can be done. I did what was told, the staff said that they are sold out and it is based on availability. When I tried to explain that I asked that 10 nights ago and expected to be arranged. The staff raised his voice and keep speaking loudly in a very disrespectful tone as if I can’t understand English to cut off my talking. When I checked out, they over charged another 4 nights of valet parking. If I didn’t ask for a print out of the invoice, I would have been scammed!!! The overall experience was very bad. The room was missing 2 towels (one towel had a small blood stain ) on the first night. The room is dusty. There was 2 hours power outage at one of the night! The hotel emergency response was very slow and disorganized. There were no announcements for over 30mins when we sat in the room in darkness. No apology or compensation on the overall bill.

The all inclusive was only semi-inclusive with 1 adult breakfast daily and that was it !! Our power went out for 1 night and valet parking was pricey. Our room was pretty outdated. The property was going under construction. I wish I had known all of this before booking, I was unsatisfied with this and would advise others to book elsewhere.

It’s right on the beach and we saw turtles everyday. We also got a visit from a Hawaiian Monk Seal twice!

The property is nice. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. 2 restaurants on property. Beach right in back of property. Convenient store located near lobby. Multiple shops and restaurants within 5 min walking distance.

MonkeyPod is amazing! Beach is right out the back door with an awesome pier for those sunrise pictures. Beautfiul property all around and great staff. Definitely coming back

Breakfast vouchers for the Monkey Pod restaurant was nice. Parking was added to the room charges but we didn't have a car, they reimbursed with no issues. I would recommend the reef & stay again, it would have been nice to have more beach front but mother nature is slowly removing it.
