The property is clean, modern, and located accessible with walking distance to shopping area and restaurants. Beach access but limited space of sand to swim in, mostly for the view rather than beach access swims. Staff is amazing and friendly.

Stayed here with my family, and love everything about this hotel. Love the 24 hour fitness center. The monkey bar is nice to enjoy foamy mai tai and sundown. In the morning, we can see the fighter jets practice from our balcony.

Great ambiance in the lobby. Lovely restaurant with a stunning view- monkeypod. Staff at the hotel was wonderful (especially valet parking guys were very helpful and courteous). The last day we lost air conditioning but the hotel didn’t notify guests until I called down to inquire. It took a day to fix and I wish they would’ve comped the daily charge as a way of apologizing… but instead the front desk when checking out just mentioned that the entire hotel was affected without apologizing for the inconvenience.

Feels like home

We kept thinking we will try a different resort but going back to toe Reef always feels like home. We just had our 10th visit. Guess we should have joined the Platinum club :)

The hotel is great. Staff was warm and welcoming. A special shout out to Jocelyn in the Monkey Pod. She was great! Things you should know about this property that are deal breakers for me in the future. First, the pool only gets 4hours of sun a day due to the towering hotel next door. Most importantly, the beach is almost nonexistent. I have a hard time even calling this a beach hotel. It’s a waterfront hotel. Because of these two issues I would not stay here again.

Amazing stay at the outrigger reef. I would have given five stars but they do not heat the pool and it’s too cold to be enjoyable. Other than that no complaints at all.
