We're retired and have stayed at the OW perhaps 15 times. This visit, we had a medical situation requiring an ambulance ride to a med ctr. We tried to return to the OW but the staff was NO HELP in getting us a ride at 3:30am Sunday. Incredibly disappointing to be literally stranded about 10 miles from the OW while being offered no help whatsoever. Shame on OW.

Outrigger is amazing. I’ve been 3 times within 2 years and I will never stay anywhere else, it’s the center of everything, clean, but most of all…..that aloha spirit service is top notch. There is no better place to be! So beautiful!

Location for our family of four Christmas holiday was great, right in the midst of shopping and dining. Hotel is nice and safe, staff friendly and helpful, but furniture in room is old, worn and no microwave. Upgrade of tub isn’t worth it because it makes the room smaller. Beach umbrella and two lounge chairs are $100 day. ABC store is convenient but so expensive, $1.99 for one KitKat bar!

Loved it!
It was our first time at this hotel, the customer service was excellent very helpful always willing to help and ask if we needed anything. Rooms are clean viewers excellent in the center of all the action shopping the beach. This is going to be our choice hotel moving forward great for families
