It’s to much noise, and the first night we sleep in the room found it a big cockroach and also in my son room the mattres cover it’s very dirty with blood. Im definitely not going to comeback. Spend 6 days for vacation but this is not relax place

The hotel itself is quite nice. It's clean, the staff is helpful and it is close to stores, food, etc. However, the area where the hotel is situated is very noisy! There's a lot of general traffic noise, emergency vehicle sirens in the middle of the night and people revving their motorcycles at the gas station right beside the hotel.

The hotel staff were friendly. The location was great for enjoying the beach and shopping nearby. The room and kitchen were spacious, and there were plenty of convenient amenities in the private room, such as a microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker, and a washer and dryer. However, the building overall felt a bit old, and the washer didn’t seem very clean. While the details felt slightly lacking, considering the price, it was a satisfying stay.

We stayed as a family of four with two kids and found the location very convenient. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of food options within a 5–15 minute walk. Parking is $40 overnight, which felt pricey but is standard for the area. Street parking is very hard to find, so using the hotel’s valet was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it offers some useful amenities like a laundry room, beach towels, and filtered water in the lobby. Be aware that additional resort fees are due at check-in and aren’t included in the upfront booking price. Overall, it’s an affordable and convenient option.

Okay for the price. Black mold dripping down from the shower water handles was our only issue. Had dishes, excellent toaster oven, silverware and cooking dishes - was wonderful! Ask for blankets - none come with the room … just sheets. Not bad. Good location.

Room was clean. We appreciated how quiet and private our room was. All staff were very friendly and always greeted us whenever we came in and out. A great stay for the value. Some downsides: no microwave even when we asked to use one. The bed was too soft and I got a sore back. The room was really dark and it was hard to get enough lighting in the room just to see our belongings at night.

Hotel is in a great location in Waikiki Beach. Easy walking distance to the shopping and dining options. Friendly hotel staff. Nice cheese and wine reception with music and hula for new arrivals. Complementary puka shell necklace is very cute. Would love to return and stay at this hotel on my next trip.

Corner room suite was excellent - two balconies, both with great views. No nearby buildings blocking the view. Every floor has convenient trash/recycling available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall an exceptional value for the money.

Good hotel, pricey parking
Great view of Waikiki beach and the city from our room. This hotel is in a better part of the city. Front desk and concierge staff were excellent. Valet service was very friendly, but we were not happy with the $40 per day for parking fee on top of the resort fee. Kind of a ridiculous price gouge. Hotel is walkable to all of the great restaurants, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Bed was terribly hard, springy and uncomfortable. Room was a good size, and the kitchenette was a great amenity. But due to the price of the room, resort fee and parking, we could have been directly on the beach for the same price. Would not stay here again.
