The staff were very attentive and the bartenders made great and unusual drinks. Guest services were very helpful with requests. My only issue was as a guest staying at the hotel I was limited to availability for the dining room. I would suggest saving some tables for the in house guests at the hotel. I definitely would have eaten at the restaurant more.

Great Location!

Great stay for a large group. Good location to be out of Waikiki but close enough to walk to in ~ 15 mins. Nice small beach which wasn't too crowded.

Property was good. Nice balcony and good location. Property is getting a bit old, but had everything you need. I would stay again, but I might look for some alternatives. For price vs amenity it was fine.

Pictuers are misleading this is an old hotel maybe closer to a motel. Never staying there again. Resort fee was a rip off there is no pool and you need to drag a beach chair they hive you to the beach yourself. Also suites have no elevatore what a joke

Location on the beach was lovely. Room was very very small, with hardly any room for suitcases. Had some annoying noise in the room until ~9pm. But the staff were kind and willing to move us to another room; just as we started packing, the noise stopped.

The hotel was ok. The service was not as friendly. Left early one morning and the valet parking wasn’t available. I got the keys from the front desk staff and was sent to find my car. When I got back I parked it myself and the valet was upset that I had done that. I was very confused. There was valet offered or pretty much required but only when it was convenient to them. I met so many friendly wonderful people during my trip to Hawaii but this hotel wasn’t like others. I hope to get friendlier people next time I visit.

I love the Kaiamana Beach Hotel and stay there every time I am in Honolulu. It is the perfect blend of hotel with amazing dining, great location close to all of the tourist spots but in a quite residential neighborhood so you feel like a local.

The lobby was very nice, the restaurant was great as was the staff. Fine view. However, you need USB ports and bedside tables on BOTH sides of the bed. Also be aware that some rooms reek of smoke.

Was a nice view and decent, not worth what they charge, 40.00 a night to park. Sooo I pay nearly 400.00 a night for a room with NO microwave and then have to pay another 120.00 to park where Ive paid 400.00 a night. Restaurant had mediocre food cost us almost 200.00 everynight for dinner and got my order wrong and under cooked both times and we still ended up ordering pizza because we were still hungry. 60.00 for steak dinner that only included nsteak what a joke. But you do get a 15.00 bottle of champagn for 'Free" lol
