Hyatt Regency at Waikiki beach is an excellent choice for staying at Waikiki. The location is fantastic, the views from high floor rooms are superb, the interior is very attractive and the service is quick and responsive.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every single staff member helped us along the way from the staff at Shor restaurant, Swim, parking staff, front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff everyone’s care and kindness went a long way with us. Grace at the front desk gave us helpful tips to guide our stay to be extra fun and special for the kids. We had such a great time!

The location was awesome. The amount of money paid for the hotel is not reasonable. Some rooms are outdated. Staff (check in desk) Ms. Grace was awesome! Went above and beyond to ensure the customers were satisfied with their stay.
