The hotel has a great family breakfast in the morning, there is easy access to the beach/shopping/dinning. I liked there beach towel exchange, and concierge service to schedule island activities. The worst part about the hotel is the elevator situation, there is only 2 lifts per tower. So when you plan on going up or down, prepare for a long line to be able to use the lift. 5 min wait is a short wait, up to 30 mins wait especially around 8-10am. The street the hotel is on is also very loud, people with loud exhaust running up and down the street all night. The hotel rooms do not keep the outside noise out.

Wonderful staffs- easy check & out. Excellent location. Air conditioning needs looking into- we had to report that the AC wasn’t working for three nights properly. It was fixed the fourth night.

Property was conveniently located and easy to get to various places. The room however was very dark more lighting needed and some of the drawers of the dresser were not working great. The elevator was also really slow.
