I really enjoy myself at this property with the staff were very friendly. Everything was very accessible to the hotel. The only complaint that I have that I got very hot in the room. And I was a little uncomfortable being that I was there for a week.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Centric Wakiki Beach. I truly appreciate the eco friendliness Hyatt provides that is evident in that Hyatt provides reusable water bottles, clean drinking water, and recycling bins for guests. The location of the hotel is great as there is so much within walking distance. I enjoyed yoga class and lei making activities. The lobby and pool area are beautiful. Everything is clean! All of the staff I encountered were wonderful, most notably Elaini at the front desk who was always pleasant and helpful. If in Wakiki I would stay here again without question and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Wakiki. Thankyou Hyatt and staff :)

The swimming pool is more of a "lounging" pool as the deepest section is only 14" deep. But it was very clean and comfortable for sunbathing! The staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean.

Overall it was good. There are a few downfalls from my experience. The front desk is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel so it was a little confusing at first. The valet guys were not very polite throughout the trip. Sometimes the valet was understaffed so we had to wait for our vehicle for a while sometimes. The pool was only 14 inches deep and there were a lot of tiles missing in the pool. The best parts of the hotel was the location and the quality of the hotel room. Very nice rooms and clean bathrooms. Overall it was a good experience. Mahalo!

There was a hair strand on sofa and the barhroom floor near shower door was bloated and damaged because of poor design. But other than that it was better than outrigger beach hotel that we switched to hyatt centric and we were happy with it. Nice little pool for kids. Staff were friendly.
