Overall, staff was very nice and mostly helpful. They wouldn’t add my loyalty number because I booked through a third party (I’ve never had this issue in the past). Parking was $47/night and a few nights we had to park blocks away because it was full. Parking spaces are very small. We rented a mid-size SUV and had to climb to the passenger side to get out. Room was TINY…photos of rooms are very strategic and deceptive. Breakfast was ok, pretty basic and nothing special. A/C unit was very loud, even on low. Elevators are really slow and often full. Many times we had to ride to a higher floor just so there would be enough room (and we are NOT large people). Location was nice. We were able to walk most places in the Waikiki area, including the beach.

Property is ok. Staff are friendly the breakfast buffet not likely while taking showers the water build up so quickly so the tub was over flowing of water while showering. To park on the property have to pay $47 a day and it’s not even guaranteed if you find a spot. So we luckily found a park outside. Overall this I rate this property 3.5

Everything was great about this property except that the rooms are very, very small. There is not enough space in the room to have other guests join you for a while. There was only one chair and the bed. There was no public meeting space either. The breakfast was good and they offered different things on different days. Parking was tough as there are not nearly enough parking spaces for the number of rooms in the hotel.

Liked the close proximity to Waikīkī. Walking distance to beach and bus lines run right in front. The rooms are very small. The breakfast was ok. Surprisingly not a variety of fruits. It’s Hawai’i, you would think there would be more.

The hotel was nice and the staff were polite and helpful. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfy with a choice of soft and firm pillows. The air con unit was a little noisy and we couldn’t use this whilst trying to sleep but the ceiling fan was very quiet and we could use this whilst sleeping. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel stay was great. Room was clean and housekeeping was very kind during all interactions. Loved how open the hotel was with the lobby. Liked the breakfast vouchers as well. That was something new

We enjoyed the free breakfast, our rooms were small but adequate the neighborhood was safe and we could walk or Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. Parking could have been better for what we had to pay. There wasn’t enough parking spaces.
