The hotel is located in a great spot and was also next to the airport. Some of our biggest issues during our stay was the cleanliness. Towels were almost always dirty whenever we would get new ones we would always find a stain or a hair. Parking: although there’s an indoor parking $50/night, it was not always guaranteed that you would find a spot. And last but not least the complimentary breakfast lacked options and was in a very small area causing huge line ups, people pushing one another for food, and lack of organisation.

Excellent everything except the breakfast. Nothing wrong with items. They had lots of items for breakfast but for a hotel with 44 floors the brekafast area was quiet small. We stayed for two nights and both days we ended up searching for the table for quiet sometime with plates in our hand. Also quiet long wait at elevators.

The stay was so nice that we extended it! Minor inconveniences were quickly resolved by an extraordinary rotation of staff; especially the front desk and breakfast buffet crew. Breakfast included a variety of tasty options with an indoor/outdoor dining area that never felt too crowded. We really appreciated the posted signs for potential food allergen exposure. Beds were comfortable. Room was quite modern and cozy. Location was also close enough to walk to a few tourist attractions or obtain convenient transportation options. We miss our beautiful mountain and partial oceanside sunset view! The city night lights were also stunning. We really look forward to our next comfortable visit.

I reserved double bed “ocean view” room at this property through expedia.com more than 3 months in advance only to be shocked and learn that the room does not direct ocean view. The receptionist maintained that is ocean view for that type of room and they did not have other rooms available to switch. Hotel receptionist os blaming expedia for incorrect information on the site

Hotel is OK for a short period. It is a waking distance to beach but there is no support for beach staying like chairs or umbrellas. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are ok and have quality supplies. Air conditioning is noisy and blows air directily to the bads.
