Staff very friendly, shuttle to/from airport is fast and convenient, room is very clean. Other than being close to the airport, there is nothing else in the area. Very limited dining and the surrounding area is dirty.

When you're not in Hawaii to be a tourist, this is a good hotel. Right by the airport but I did not hear airplane noise. Forty dollars for parking a day a bit high and the breakfast had a lot to offer but not for me but and just 3 hour window 7-9am. But overall my go to place in Hawaii.

Gps took me to be street in back, couldnt figure out the entrance as it looked like a different motel; but it was part of the buildinds and parking. When I did park there, I was worried about indigents or druggies who were siiting on the driveway curb. Initially, was frustrated and realized i was in the back. So i drove a block and another right turn, and another for a few blocks to the main entrance and underground parking. Patrons seemed pleased at the pool and walking into the breakfast area. My bldg was an old motel looking place, agains a tall wall of an industrial area. It was closer to park in the back street, to walk with my luggage, than to carry my heavy stuff upstairs where the elevators didnt go. There were nearby eateries, that delivered. Reasonable rates than to pay outrageous fees around the island of oahu. It's also near the airport with a shuttle. Very helpful staff. Clean place. I appreciate Bestwesterns, and have stay at many around the world.
