My husband and I stayed at the twin fin for our honeymoon for 7 nights. We had a wonderful time and the property was clean and I felt very safe through the whole stay. The beach is stupidly close and there are tons of dining and shopping options close by.

The hotel is very good location have stay there many times when it was under a different name . This time the hotel was not as clean the the bath tubs were horrible . Found it to be a little dirty . It does need a good remodel . Tikies bar & grill had different prices on drinks no matter what time of day

Overall, our trip is pleasant. From the beach, to restaurants, this resort is near everything and is walking distance. If you’re looking for a fancy, modern hotel, this isn’t for you. Yeah it’s a bit outdated, but it gets the job done.

The property was older with some wear and tear and the room was a bit musty dusty smelling. It could use an exhaust fans in the bathroom. We were on the 18th floor and it was a bit humid in our room even though we had the AC cracked up. So everything felt a little damp. The fridge wasn't that cold but suitable for drinks But all that being said the staff was all overly friendly and accommodating. And the location to the beach was exceptional. Our view was amazing and the convenience of the rental place for boogie boards and other beach goods was nice. The gelato place below the hotel was delicious and so was Lulu's. All in all it was a good hotel.

My stay is all based on the bad experience I had while relaxing in my room’s balcony. I finally decided to relax in balcony enjoying my meal when suddenly I started getting wet and then I noticed someone started urinating above my balcony and it fell right over me. I informed front desk immediately they sent security to my room and said they would investigate but I was never informed of the outcome of the investigation. I was so upset that I had urine on me and ended being drenched with someone’s bodily fluid not knowing if I will suffer any health issues. Hotel never contacted me at all during my stay and till today I’m upset that my memories visiting Hawaii will be overshadowed by that humiliating moment on my balcony that only left me humiliated and violated

View from balcony was beautiful. Very convenient location. I agree with the reviews saying there was a musty smell, but I noticed that at pretty much all of the beach view hotels and it honestly wasn’t that bad. Showers were nice, room service did a good job. Would definitely come back, particularly with the price point.

The front desk is rude, the room was old and dirty. Found dirty towels left behind. The tub was clogged. Body washed and hand soap was not filled. Everything looked super old and it smelled old too.

There are many hidden and extra fees in addition to what you initially pay for your room through Expedia. Almost $700.00 in additional fees that we were not expecting. It was ridiculous!!! We could have stayed in a much nicer place if we had known all that WAS NOT included in the stay. $35/day for cleaning your room $50/day for resort fees $52/day for parking Be careful of the hidden fees!
