Best location, very convenient to get foods, shopping & beach access. This place is a little bit old so furniture is a little outdated. However, they keep everything in acceptable condition & the cleanliness is on point. I think this place is good enough for a travel on budget.

Ocean front room. Everything was very clean but hotel room & hallways are run down. Ceiling had peeling & overpainted areas. Hallways scuff marks & old carpets. The place needs some paint & upkeep. Tv constant streaming issues to the point that you just shut it off. Only super soft pillows so ask for foam if you need a firmer pillow. The thing I hated the most was the small print if “resort fee” $51/day in addition to nightly rate. That was use of water filter machines, pool, gym.. all the amenities that COME WITH a hotel stay. Ridiculous.. staff was excellent!

We stayed one week at the Twin Fin and it was very enjoyable. We had great service and our room was very comfortable. It's not fancy, but it has every thing you need to have a great time. There is no breakfast service, but there is a Star Bucks, and The Tiki Room is reasonably priced with good food. There are many other restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the elevator. It is a bit of a task to figure it out, but once you do, it's fine.

The property is amazing. We enjoyed our stay at the twin fin. Unfortunately the parking was extremely hard and/or expensive. We love our room, and the view, but we were right next to the tiki bar and the music played all night. I would have loved a coffee bar! Overall good stay.
