Overall the property was good. The in house restaurant for breakfast was terrible $38 USD for a basic bland buffet. Once I saw it I knew I didn’t want to eat there and especially for that price. We stayed here 2 other times and the restaurant was under different management and you could also order À la cart. Our air conditioner was acting up the entire time also but we had 2 rooms and the other one was perfect. Overall we would stay again.

The experience itself was good overall; however, I was very surprised and disappointed at the additional $50/day hotel fee which in addition to the $48/day parking significantly increased my hotel bill which was not anticipated nor appreciated. As a result, I felt this hotel as a staycation option was not worth it and I will not be coming back.

The staff were very sweet & the resort was beautiful! We stayed here for our honeymoon this past week, & the resort was perfectly located right on the beach & walking distance to tons of shops!

Our recent stay at the resort in Hawaii was disappointing. Despite requesting a room with a bathtub during booking, our assigned room did not meet this request. When we raised the issue, we were moved to another room, but it was outdated and lacked the ocean view we anticipated. Over the course of our stay, we were moved a total of three times, yet none of the rooms met the expected standard. Ultimately, we had to settle for our original room, which fell short of our expectations. The entire experience felt frustrating and poorly managed, leaving us feeling dissatisfied with the service provided.

There isn’t anything wrong with the hotel for the price. The staff were all friendly. I was on the 26th floor with a nice view of Diamond Head. However at that height I wasn’t comfortable going on the balcony. It seemed the wind might blow drying clothes off. The breakfast dining area has no windows, so a little depressing. The pool area has a very nice design, but it was overcrowded. They have rooftop tennis courts, but they are in poor condition. They have a very good laundry room. Overall the room was bright, clean, with comfortable beds. Nothing special, but good for the price paid.

I had the best time at this property. It was super convenient and beautiful and right in front of the beach. It was very clean and beautiful. The staff could have been a bit nicer but can’t complain too much.
