We had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in Hawaii early in the day and they were able to help us out with getting checked in early even though our check in time was 3 pm. Offers very convenient options for food and drinks! Loved the breakfast cafe and Starbucks in the building. Pint Jigger was also a cool place to have a drink or some dinner. Ala Moana shopping center just a walk across the street was also really convenient for when wanting to go out and about without needing to drive anywhere. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location for shopping and walking to Waikīkī. The Signature, rooftop, happy hour is awesome-Perfect dusk lighting of the high rises there from the 36th floor. Very good food and drinks for good value. Gym and pool are lovely with shaded comfy seating.

Like staying at the Ala Moana. Very convenient location. Only downside was not enough clothes hangers which they brought upon request. Also only one pillow per person on the bed which I think you can request. Would be better if we didn’t have to ask. Staff very friendly. Didn’t see any recycling options for paper and plastic

The hotel is adjacent to the Ala Moana Mall. It is an older building but has held up well. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Pool/outside area was lacking, beach near by was nicer “10 minutes walking”. Room was a 6/10 lacked amenities, covered the bare minimum. Bathroom cleanliness gets 7/10 they tried. Other than the mall connected to the hotel, your going to be taking Uber or driving yourself place to get to the nicer parts.

Pool area has probably searing for 200 but only 5 sun/shade umbrellas all of which are at eating style tables near towel reception. No shade from hot tropical sun and guests pulling chairs to try and get a bit of shade from . Needs at least 20 umbrellas distributed around thethe lounge chairs just as you would find at every other tropical hotel pool. Spoiled what could have been avrelaxing day at rhe pool.
