Hotel with a great price and harbor view!

Only stayed one night, but staff was very helpful and friendly. They came to greet me the moment I arrived. Helped me with my luggage when I arrived and when I left. Room has great harbor view, bed is comfortable and location is convenient, but the bathroom is rather too small. Overall, a very good hotel.

The room is a bit dark. It is a reasonable size which was nice. Every time we used the shower it flooded the bathroom. The problem could be addressed by installing glass shower doors. They would go through a lot less towels. Overall the location was fabulous and we had a great view of the fireworks in Victoria Harbour. Generally we felt the room offered good value. A shout out to the staff, they were helpful and friendly.

Good hotel, good location

Nice hotel. Good location. Very friendly staff. Stayed for 3 nights over New Year. Good view for fireworks. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.

After our first visit in HK and in this hotel in the middle of January 2024, which we liked, we booked it again, but this time it was completely different. We have never had such a bad room. It was an old room with old furniture and furnishings on the 7th floor. On the next 3 floors above, renovation work was being carried out every day from morning until 5 p.m. during our entire stay. There was knocking, hammering, drilling. The room did not match the category booked through Expedia. It did have a view of the harbor, but it was definitely not the room from the pictures in the booking confirmation. We were advised to check the rooms and room categories directly on the hotel website next time instead of via Expedia. Summarized the hotel and Expedia blamed each other for these "wrong" pictures. If you are taller than 180, you don't quite fit in the bed and your feet hang out. In any case, we paid far too much. If you deduct the discount (offer) for 5 nights with breakfast, we paid £1084.80, which is an average price of £216.96 per night. Only for our last night we received an offer to the room (as stated on the reservation confirmation), which we accepted. But unfortunately, after the way things went, we would never set foot in this hotel again!
