Duty Manager correct situation

Checking in was a rocky start but Duty Manager Steven set it right . Very Happy of how handled the situation and it shows the hotel do care! Will be back again in the Fall.

Rundown Hong Kong Hotel

The hotel is run down. We thought we would have a room with a nice view per the ad that convinced us to book it. Our view was of a much dated apartment building. We understood it to be a simple room. Not what we expected.

Great staff, awkward to get to from MRT, good.

2 nights, nit easy to get to from Metro, great views, room OK yet dated, very good staff reception. Breakfast is ok. Just difficult location yet 4 star rating. Staff excellent.

Terrible bed. Had to have one bad night before got a topper. That only made it bearable as would not let me cancel following nights Front desk good or bad depending who you got. Tired building and very tired interior Shower was good

I paid for the sea view room but the view was obstructed by a number of other buildings. Some higher floors or other side may be better but not the one I was allocated. In the morning, lifts are always full.
