More of an average 4-star hotel - wouldn't consider it as a 5 star. Pro: great amenities and location - good value overall. Con: don't expect any service with a very limited offerings (i.e. small food & drink menu and no servers available at the pool, gym lockers room was stuffy, check-in staff wasn't very efficient, etc.).

This is a fabulous hotel with a nice room ( Concierge 22nd Floor) and a super friendly staff. My only criticism is that the main floor restaurant caters mainly, as in near totally, to buffet customers, which for me is not ideal. The upstairs restaurant however is superb, especially if you like Canadian lobster. And, it’s priced quite reasonable given the high end fair. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a wonderful 5 days with my family (two kids aged 5 and 8) and my mum who is 72. We got two interconnected rooms which were comfortable and clean. We had lovely views of Kowloon too. The staff were super helpful. The concierge team helped us book a table at a restaurant. They even helped us locate my son’s lost backpack left in a taxi. Breakfast buffet was next level. A lot of options to choose from and not crowded. Will stay there again!
