We enjoyed the ease of transportation and many shopping & dining options in the area. However…although the hotel was very good but lack the average amenities like swimming pool, limited self laundry machine & dryer. Breakfast was good but we decided to stay in one night for dining in same restaurant where they serviced breakfast and dinner was bad and costly ! Beware they charged you for water !

The staff were very courteous and attended to requests promptly. They made checking in very pleasant. However, service staff at the breakfast venue were not very friendly and mannerism were a bit "rough".

Quite a gem around Causeway Bay. Minutes from the MTR exit and Times Square. Only thing to note is if you are coming on the airport train to Causeway bay, there is a bit of a walk at Hong Kong station / Central to transfer to the island line. Otherwise hotel is great. No frills, location is great and room was reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. Would definitely return again
