We needed a room last minute on a road trip and Quality Inn was the better option price wise. The clerk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the water was hot and the heater worked. When we discovered the fridge wasn't cold, the desk clerk came and checked and figured it out. Wonderful experience!

Rooms are large, with comfortable bed, good shower, good internet and TV. Good breakfast with hot and cold options . The rooms are very dated and need work. There are no other amenities such as indoor pool, Spa, exercise room. When you compare other places with about the same age and dated quarters they also have these amenities and charge the same price as here. The cost of the room does not justify staying here especially when you have other options available. It does look like that they are attempting to remodel some of the rooms.

I asked for a bottom floor room with my pre-paid reservation because my mom is a 2 time stroke victim, but she was given a 2nd floor room and was basically told too bad. She is old and didn't ask for a manager who would have seen the reservation notes. I am very disappointed in the way they treated an elderly, disabled woman.
