This hotel was excellent. Very clean and spacious room. The staff was very kind and helpful. They even had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The view was amazing too right off the back of the hotel, you were vlabke to see for miles! 5 stars all the way. 👍

Due to hwy 40 closure we ended up staying in Holbrook. The woman who checked us in was fabulous and so very helpful in a stressful situation. It is an older hotel that has been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We had a nice size frig and small microwave. The bathrooms are older design and small but the water was nice and hot. The restaurant right next door was great! We were very happy to find this place!!

I generally love Green Tree this is our 3rd stay. This stay however we had maintenance issues. Room’s door had no weatherstripping. It was windy and cold. They did sent maintenance to do quick repair. Door lock also damaged. We asked to switch rooms but our preferred room was not available. I am sure this is a one off and they will remedy the room for others in the future.
