Very nice and helpful staff, all of them. Cozy and homey hotel. Great breakfast. And excellent Vifi. The lady in does a great job!!! I think her name was Thu?! Sorry, something like that, she is exellent! I had a bamboo treatment and facial, 5 star for her! You'll fi d everything you need in your room and washroom.just a very small issue: the air-conditioning made a noise all the time (first i thought it was the washroom fan running!). Everything else was good.

Truly the friendliest and best place in Hoi An!

this was anamazing stay. In a town where so many businesses are competing for our business, I think this hotel stands above the rest. The team here genuinely cares about our experience. In fact, some of the staff we have become lifelong friends with. Big thanks to Mei and Ny for taking good care of us and helping us arrange our trips, making wonderful recommendations, and checking on us afterwards to ensure that we were happy. They were both very special to us and we’re an enriching part of our experience here the entire team is friendly just like them. The spa massage was the best massage I have had during my entire time in Vietnam. this is a really chill atmosphere. it truly deserves five stars!

Very amazing hotel!

Our stay at Hadana was fantastic! The hotel was clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip throughout Vietnam and Thailand. The pool was nice, the location was very convenient, and the free rental bikes were great! The staff were very friendly and helpful but they were a bit too pushy with their recommendations. Its understandable to give a few recommendations upon arrival but let me eat my breakfast in peace :) The recommendations they gave were also not the best. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a great stay at Hadana. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. One highlight was the breakfast, which had a variety of fresh options. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

My stay was pleasant, I really enjoyed the breakfast, they offered many options. It was located near the center of town. I showed up early and I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my hotel in order to check in early and I agreed for an additional 500k dong, which was fine.

If you wanna feel like a VIP

Come here for a VIP treatment! Thuan was the most helpful, she was in contact before my stay to make sure I had transportation to the hotel upon my arrival at the airport. All staff were very hospitable, helping me book day tours and setting up transportation to my next destination. The room was clean and bed comfortable, shower has good pressure, elevators to room were quick and smooth. 10/10 recommend. No complaints here.
