This is a very nice hotel. The staff are extremely friendly. They tried very hard to help us solving problems during our stay to make sure we have a wonderful time. The hotel has a very good management, too. There is always someone to ask for help. Especial thanks to Marie, she is so nice and patient. We enjoyed our visit in Hoi An.

Certainly, it is not a 5 stars hotel. It is nice and clean. My biggest issues is they checked room to make sure the guests didn’t take anything. Insisted of us return the keys which have all of our credit card info. A 5 stars hotel should not insulated guest like thia

This hotel was one of our favorites this trip. We checked in easily, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We really liked how close it was to the old quarter. The room was tastefully decorated and the beds were so nice and comfy. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. Would definitely recommend staying here. We also got laundry done and it was done perfectly.

This was a wonderful property, the staff was amazing, the food was good and the location excellent. We lived this property and highly recommend!!! My only issue was I prearranged transportation with them and it was way way way higher than the going rate like 3 times! Book through grab one third the cost and wonderful cars snd service

Great location but not quite luxury.

The Allegro was in an amazing location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the old town. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was a good size just not as luxurious as a luxury hotel should be. The lounge seat was atrocious. It had no back & was very uncomfortable. The towels were quite threadbare & the sheets were very thin & the bed cover did not even reach the sides of the bed. They organised tours & transfers well. Overall a good place to stay but not luxury.

What a wonderful place to stay for a visit to Hoi An! All the staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. An extra thank you to Tapie for the warm welcome we received when we arrived. The hotel was clean and beautiful! Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff at breakfast were wonderful as well. Location of this hotel was only a few minutes walk to the old Ancient town. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to staying here again!!

My husband and I have stayed at this property every year for the past 4 years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!The staff is the best that we have ever seen. They are so cordial and extremely helpful. They make us feel like family. We love the way that they make usn feel. The hotel is in such a great location. it is extemely clean and quiet. Plus it is within walking distance of the Ancient town of Hoi An. We received an upgrade to a beautiful pool view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach each and every day. Last but not least. is the amazing breakfast that has so many dishes to choose from. The food is truly top notch. We also ate dinner here several times and the food is all so wonderful. Stay here - you won’t be disappointed.

Nice modern,clean hotel in a very quiet but walkable location. Just outside of the hustle & bustle but you can be on the riverfront in under 10mins walk. Great size rooms with nice furnishings. Great breakfast, food selection fantastic. Pool area is beautiful. Staff are very helpful & always ready with a smile. Will definitely stay here again.
