The property felt way overpriced for what it was and the sofa bed was absolutely filthy and covered in chunks of spaghetti. The sofa cushions were filthy as well and when I made the front desk aware, they weren’t overly concerned. For an executive suite, I was quite disappointed.
The host on the desk Nelson went above and beyond he was excellent we arrived tired and stressed but he turned this around very friendly the best on our trip well done Nelson
We stayed a single night after a late flight into Hobart.
The check-in process was friendly and efficient and the room more than adequate for an overnight stay.
The only (minor) issue was the air conditioning, which was too noisy to leave on overnight even with the fan on the lowest setting - the room was therefore a little colder than we would have liked.
The breakfast buffet the following morning was quite nice and reasonable value at $18 each.

Very friendly staff. Teceived a room upgrade as well as a free bottle of wine. Convenient to airport. Shuttle could run more frequently during the day.
After a hectic week we got to the airport and just wanted to relax (I almost said crash). Travelogue was clean, had good food, and got us to the airport in time for the flight.
