All was great, until I grabbed a boiled egg and it was runny , I said to the lady this isn't hard boiled, could you please get me a hard boiled egg as I don't like runny egg ,she said absolutely, she went and spoke to the chef ( I could see her ) the chef let her speak then gave her another which she brought straight over to me , it was less cooked , I don't like having the Piss taken out off me, hence I will never stay again at any hilton hotels

Wonderful stay
Amazing hotel, pool is so warm and lit with coloured lights. Beds were so comfortable and soft. The best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Shower is great and big tv.

New Hilton in Hobart.
This is a great Hotel. Yes it’s very new but the staff are friendly and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel as it’s well located in the centre of Hobart close to all the markets close to all the shops double glazed glass so you don’t hear any traffic noise as it is on quite a busy street. Well done Hilton five stars thoroughly recommended.

The Manager Shivani has been accommodating and friendly. The service provided by the kitchen staff Farah, Luois, and service staff Tricia, John, May, and Boom have been above excellence. Highly recommended!

When I stay at a hotel I expect all the amenities to be available. I was very disappointed that on the one night of my stay, the gym,pool, restaurant and bar were closed to hotel guests due to an event being held at the hotel. Not good enough and if these things are planned, guest should be informed of this during booking.

Great situation and a good price. Staff in reception and dining were exceptionally helpful eg cooking breakfast to our requirements. Bar staff were inefficient though charming!
