It’s the staff who made the difference. Very polite and welcoming, and also helpful. Breakfast was very good and also afternoon tea, both included. Otherwise not much in the way of food options. Located near the sky deck tower so easy to find

This is a good hotel in downtown HCMC, Vietnam. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was good and the food was fine too. I booked the hotel with flights from and to UK, and the cost was very reasonable. I was happy to spend 5 nights there and would recommend it to others.

We spend the first week of our 3 week trip to Vietnam here. This is a wonderful hotel with a very nice breakfast. They also offer free afternoon tea 2 - 4. The locations is close to MANY food, coffee, shops etc. We felt safe walking around and there is money exchange a few shops down. The best part of the hotel are the staff. They are all so friendly and speak adequate to above average English. Daisy from the front desk is the one that stand out the most to me. She helped checked us in and made us feel welcome right away. Upon learning we had a early flight when we check out, she offer to have pack breakfast for our party (because we would be leaving before breakfast is served). This is unprompted and really started our stay at the hotel on the right foot. Each time we saw her she always had a warm greeting and asked us about our day and made recommendations for things to do. All the gentlemen at the door were also very helpful with luggages and provided a warm welcome each time we see them. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful hotel in District 1, not too far from Nguyen Hue Street and the Cafe Apartment s. The room was beautifully decorated and the layout worked well. I really enjoyed the outdoor shower, which was a major highlight. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that housekeeping came late around 4 pm, which meant that after we came back from sightseeing, the room wasn’t cleaned and we had to leave for a little bit until the room was ready again.

Location was great, ~10 min walk to Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast buffet (complimentary) was excellent. Guest rooms were spacious (though the shower can get a bit messy because the water splashes out of the tub). Rooftop pool with stunning reviews. Overall a great stay, would come back again.
