Good location with helpful staff.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Only complaint was the noise from workmen drilling in the afternoon of one of our days. No warning given of this. If you go to breakfast buffet after 9.00 expect them to be running low on some items.

This hotel is right in the heart of HCMC. An easy walk to many fabulous attractions and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and an attentive and friendly staff. There's a buffet breakfast with an omelet bar in the mornings and high tea in the afternoons. The room was spacious and bright and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit HCMC.

It was efficient, comfortable and friendly. For a westerner breakfast lacked fruit and cereal breadth. No real dining options in house but fine in the area so no real issue. Good free afternoon high tea. Lack of wine by the glass poor IMO.

Great location and lovely spacious room. Outside shower was a welcome surprise and much needed in the sweltering heat of HCMC. Pool area was small and limited loungers, but pool was a god size. Lovely staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was geared more towards local guests but still plenty of continental choices. Complimentary afternoon tea and cakes was also nice.
