SWIMMING POOL SUCKS AND NO USE!
Every time you want to use the swimming pool, you need to ask for permission, and it's only available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s closed on Mondays. They should remove 'Pool' from their name. I stayed for a week and couldn’t use it at all because of the limited hours and registration requirements. So, if you want a swimming pool here, FORGET IT! THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, IT'S A REGIDENCE. NO FORNT DESK FOR ANY HELP!

Good location. Lots of street food in the area within walking distance. The team has great communication overall. The only issue that I had was the initial communication with the property manager. I wasn't able to contact through Zalo since the number doesn't allow to receive call from strangers. Luckily, I got to borrow a local phone and finally got in touch with the property manager after over 30 minutes waiting. My recommendation to the property manager is to allow more forms of communication since not everyone would have a local sim card. Overall, my family loves the place and will definitely visit this place again.

We were there from July 26-Aug 1 in Block B. Property contact was very responsive through WhatsApp on my queries throughout the period. Overall the property is clean and well maintained. There was a bit of musty smell on the new sheets after the first cleaning and bedsheets were changed but we are very happy with the stay. It’s a plus to have laundry facilities at the premise. Thank you.

I enjoyed my recent stay at this property (June 2024). Communication was easy and received responses back in a very timely manner. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It's convenient (walkable) too many of the attractions in the city, Ben Than Market, Museums, and Saigon Sky Deck.

Ms. Phung was super nice and responded quickly whenever we needed to communicate with her. Our kids loved the pool and we liked laying around the deck watching them and enjoying the breeze.
