We'd definitely stay here again

It was a very pleasant four-night stay. Nhật Hạ 1 Hotel definitely deserves repeat stays. 1. Super location. Walking to the Bến Thành Market takes only a few minutes. 2. The hotel is clean and fresh. 3. The water pressure and temperature were satisfactory. 4. Trọng, the manager, was pleasant, friendly, and especially helpful. 5. Bằng, the restaurant manager, runs an incredible dining experience. We enjoyed breakfast so much that we never skipped it. 6. The room has the best sunblocking curtains. There is absolutely no light when they are all shut. 7. The gym could be improved. More dumbbells of various weights would be useful. 8. My wife found the lighting insufficient for applying makeup in both the bathroom and at the desk. 9. Generally, everyone at this hotel made great efforts to ensure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Clean, bright and roomy room; comfy bed; good water pressure despite room at a higher floor. Excellent staff service. Thank you. Cons: Waiting time at the lift.

Good hotel near Ben Thanh

We like the location, room with a view, but the bathtub is dated. We like the breakfast, many choices, and it's located at the top of the hotel, nice view while enjoying the breakfast.

Best boutique hotel in BEN THANH

A local boutique hotel chain with 4 hotels. Been staying with them since last 20 years ! Current Manager Edward and Ms Tu are so professional and excellent English. The hotel team service surpass some of the intl brands. Bfast selection is best among local hotels of this category.

Booked the family premium room. Room has good space to move around even with 4 luggages. Window has good sound proofing from street noise. Shower space is roomy & good hot water flow. AC strong. Bathroom needs more lighting. Too dim for putting on makeup. light by door entrance also too dim which not helpful since closet/cabinet has no light. Good breakfast selections & tasty. Breakfast ends 10am which is great for late risers guests. Very convenient & central location to shops. Double deck city tour bus stop just around corner of hotel. Few tiny ants around coffee station in room. No problem if no open food left in room. Overall good value.
