SKIP THIS HOTEL

Room in rough shape- bathroom smelled of sewage and cigarettes, bathroom door broken- shower leaked water into the rest of bathroom- buffet very basic and plain - staff unfriendly. Hair on pillows - curtains dirty - tv and AC remotes had no battery covers and batteries missing- don’t use hotel for airport shuttle as the just call a taxi but charge you 2x the price

Everything about the place and service were great except that the restroom smell because there was issue with the plumbing/ water backflow issue, a few times a day you can smell from the piping.

Showerdoor handle broken, stains on bedsheet, hair on pillow, molding, breakfast was not even close to ready at promised time. Wouldn't take a walk at dark. No options to attack pics here.

Il i a une grosse bibitte dans l’entrée. La poignée de la porte de douche le tient que par une visse, le draps de notre lit a plein de taches d’huiles. L’hôtel annonce que le déjeuner est inclus mais arrive sur place la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’a que la soupe aux poissons pour le déjeuner à cause du nouvel an !!!. La réceptionniste est par contre super gentille et polie.

We spent 1 night at this hotel on our arrival in Vietnam, chosen for convenience of location, just a 10 minute walk from the international airport. We received a beautiful and warm welcome. Breakfast was simple but good. No restaurant but we ate twice in the small restaurant next door, which was very good. Having liked our stay, we cancelled the booking that we had in another hotel for our last night and rebooked at this one. That is a big recommendation in itself!!
